AUTOMATIC DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS
What should I do about my automatic deposits and payments?
First Financial Bank and Bank of America are working together to ensure a smooth transition of these types of services. However, there are steps we ask you to take.
With this transition, there will be a new bank routing number for your account. First Financial Bank's routing number is 074900356. Please contact recipients of automatic payments made from your account or sources of automatic deposits to your account to make sure they start using the First Financial routing number and your new First Financial account number on or after August 17. Taking this step will help ensure that your automatic deposits and payments continue without interruption.
Will my accounts automatically transfer to First Financial Online Banking when the transition is complete?
Yes, if you are enrolled in online banking with Bank of America, you will have online access to accounts that have transitioned to First Financial beginning Sunday, August 18 at www.first-online.com. Please watch your mail for a letter with your new First Online user ID and password. If you do not receive this letter by August 15, please call us at 800-511-0045.
INCOMING WIRE TRANSFERS
What should I do about incoming wire transfers?
On or after August 17, please provide senders of incoming wire transfers with your new wire transfer instructions, including First Financial's routing number of 074900356, to ensure that transferred funds are processed and posted to your account. Beginning August 17, Bank of America will return incoming wire transfers to the sender for accounts that have been transitioned to First Financial Bank.
