First Financial Bank Referral Program
Terms and Conditions


The person making the referral (Advocate) will receive a 10,000 Debit Rewards points bonus for each individual referred (Referred Person) to First Financial Bank, who does not already have a First Financial Bank account, who opens a new checking account, makes two direct deposits into their new checking account, and enrolls for eStatements, within 60 days of account opening, within the time specified in the offer. Debit Rewards points will be awarded to advocate within 60 days of referred individual’s completion of personal checking account opening and referral program requirements.

To make a referral, the Advocate must agree to the Program Terms and Conditions. There is no limit to how many rewards an Advocate can earn within a given year, but only one Advocate may receive a reward for each Referred Person who fulfills the requirements. The Referred Person may only receive one reward for opening a checking account and completing the requirements, but may also be eligible as an Advocate for any future referrals that they may make.

In order to become eligible for a reward, the Referred Person must open a new First Financial Bank checking account with the minimum requirements within 120-days after receiving the email or notification from First Financial Bank’s Referral Program.

New banking relationships, personal checking accounts only. Limit one per household and cannot be combined with any other offer. Come into your nearest First Financial Bank banking center to open your new account. All accounts are subject to normal approval process and opening balance requirements. To qualify for the 10,000 bonus Debit Rewards points, you will need to have two direct deposits into your new account and enroll for eStatements within 60 day of account opening. If the checking account is closed within six months of opening, a $15 closing fee will be deducted at closing. Debit Rewards points will be awarded to referred person within 120 days of referred individual’s completion of personal checking account opening and referral program requirements. This is a limited time offer.

To qualify for the 10,000 bonus Debit Rewards points, an existing First Financial Bank personal checking account is required. Referrals to existing First Financial Bank customers are not valid. In order to qualify for the 10,000 bonus Debit Rewards points, the new customer must open a personal checking account, make two direct deposits into their new checking account, and enroll for eStatements, within 60 days of account opening. Cannot be combined with any other offer. This is a limited time offer.

If the person referred has been referred more than once, the Advocate named by the referred person when opening their checking account will be the eligible Advocate. If an Advocate is not named, the first Advocate that entered a Referred Person’s information will be the eligible Advocate.

The Advocate’s referral of the Referred Person will be verified by a First Financial Bank employee at the time of account opening. All checking accounts are subject to First Financial Bank’s Deposit Agreement.

The reward offer is not available if the Referred Person already has a First Financial Bank checking account and may not be combined with other offers. This program may be discontinued or changed at any time without notice.

The Advocate authorizes the sending of communications to each Referred Person. The email may not be recovered if the person has opted out of referral marketing material from First Financial Bank. Each person who accepts the program terms and conditions authorizes future communications including, emails regarding the program, unless they opt out by making an election at a First Financial Bank banking center or within such email. The Referred Person acknowledges that a reward will be issued to the Advocate after all conditions have been met in the time frame specified.

The value of reward points may be reported as income to the IRS on a 1099-MISC if required by applicable law.
