What is an eStatement?


An eStatement is an electronic bank statement you can view online. You can, at your convenience, easily view, download and print your eStatements. It's a great way to lower your exposure to identity theft, reduce clutter, save paper and get organized. Plus, eStatements are absolutely free!

Why should I have my statements delivered online?


  1. Reduced risk that someone could gain access to your personal and account information.
  2. Faster delivery than paper statements. You will receive a notification when your new eStatement is available.
  3. Immediate online access to review and, if your wish, print your statements.

How do I sign up for eStatements?


You opt in to receive eStatements at the same time you sign up for First Online Banking. If you already have Online Banking and want to switch from paper statements to eStatements, please call us at 800-511-0045.

How do I view my eStatements?


  1. Log in to Online Banking and choose Additional Services on the toolbar.
  2. Select Online Statements.
  3. Select the account and statement month that you wish to view.

Do I need to have First Online Banking to receive eStatements?


Yes, you must be able to log into Online Banking to view your statements. Online Banking is FREE.

Is there a cost for eStatements?


No, eStatements are FREE to all Online Banking customers.

Is it secure to view my account statement online?


First Online provides a secure environment to view your eStatements. You choose your login ID and password when you register for this service. You agree not to make your login ID or password available to others.

What accounts will I be able to receive eStatements for?


You will be able to receive eStatements for all First Financial checking and savings accounts

How will I know when my eStatement is available?


You will receive an email from First Financial Bank to let you know when your statement is available. Please be sure to keep your email address current within online banking.

What if my email address changes?


You may change your email address at any time by signing into First Online and choosing My Settings on the upper right of the page. Then, select update email options in the menu on the left side of the My Settings page to change your email address.

What if my email address on file with the bank is not correct?


If your email address is not correct, we will be unable to notify you of your statement availability.

Will I be able to see my combined statement(s) online?


Your eStatement will present your combined statement exactly as it appears on paper statements.

What if I want to start receiving paper copies of my account statement again?


You may elect to begin receiving your paper statement again at any time. Please be aware that there is a $3.00 fee for each paper statement provided. (The fee is waived for persons 62 and older.) To begin receiving your account statement on paper through the mail rather than electronically, call us at 800-511-0045.

The First Provider checking account does not charge a paper statement fee.
