First Mobile Banking is FREE from First Financial Bank. Data and text messaging charges from your service provider may apply, depending on the service plan you have for your device.

Are you enrolled in First Online? Then you're all set to sign up for First Mobile Banking. Just log in to your First Online account and you'll see a tab at the top of the page labeled Mobile Banking. Click that tab to go to the enrollment site and follow the easy on-screen instructions. If you decide to use a mobile app for your Android phone, iPhone or iPad, you can download it during this process. For security reasons, each device you plan to use for mobile banking must be enrolled.

If you are not enrolled in First Online, you can enroll at your convenience by clicking the ENROLL NOW button on the left side of this page in the Online Banking Login box. Your logon ID and password for First Online and First Mobile Banking will be the same.

Mobile apps

Our free mobile banking apps are available for the iPhone, iPad and Android phones. You can find them here:
On the stores, look for the black and yellow First shield and the words "First Financial Mobile" at the top of the page to make sure you are in the right place.

Mobile website

If your smartphone doesn't support mobile apps, you can access your accounts using our mobile site located at When you first visit the site, you will be guided through the Mobile Banking enrollment process. Once enrolled, you will have access to all features of First Mobile Banking except for Mobile Deposit, which is supported only in our mobile banking apps for iPhone and Android phones.

Text message banking

Text banking works with any phone that has text messaging capability. After you enroll in First Mobile Banking, you'll be able to text us anytime at 99544 and we'll text you back with the information you request. Frequently used texting commands include:
  • or BAL — Account balance
  • or HIST — Transaction history
  • or Login — Mobile banking URL
  • HE or HELP — Help information
  • or STOP — Cancel text banking
