Are you enrolled in First Business Online Banking? Awesome! You're all set to start using the mobile app. Your login ID and password for First Business Online Banking and the app are the same. In addition, the app shares the same navigation and user experience you are familiar with inside Business Online Banking.

Touch ID® and Fingerprint ID

If you have an Apple® or Android device with fingerprint sensor technology,  you can log into the app with your fingerprint using Touch ID® or Fingerprint ID. When you log into the app with your user name and password on a supported device, you can enable fingerprint login from the Settings menu in the app.

Traditional username and password login is available with Touch ID® or Fingerprint ID enabled.

Your fingerprint is stored on the device and it is encrypted with a key that is only accessible to the device. Neither the bank nor the app can access your fingerprint.

Security Alerts

Alerts can be pushed to your phone or tablet via call, email and/or text message. With Security Alerts, you are notified of login, payment, and transfer activity on your account anytime, anywhere, even when you aren't logged in.

To enable Alerts

Go to Services > Alerts and you will be presented with a list of available alert options. Tap the on/off toggle next to the alerts you want to receive. If you previously set up banking alerts within business online banking, those alerts will be displayed on the Alerts page.

Automatic Updates

If you have automatic updates for the app turned on, new features will be pushed to your phone or device automatically. If not, you will likely receive a notification that an update is available so you can choose whether or not to install it.
