Important Information for Quicken and QuickBooks Users


On Wednesday, April 19, 2017, First Financial Bank launched an upgraded online business banking system, which offers an array of new tools and features for managing your accounts.

You'll be able to continue using Quicken or QuickBooks with the new system, but it is necessary make a small update to your software to ensure compatibility. For some users, Quick and QuickBooks services will be interrupted for three to five business days following the conversion to the new online banking system. We apologize for the inconvenience but the downtime is unavoidable.

In the table below, we have posted instructions in pdf format for updating the various versions of Quicken and QuickBooks. Simply find the connectivity method you are currently using and the method you will be using after the online banking system conversion. Then download the document specified for your product and operating system. You'll receive step-by-step instructions on how to modify your software settings.
