FIRST On-The-Go Text Message Banking

Text Message Banking with FIRST On-The-Go allows you to obtain your account balance and last three transactions via a text message to your wireless device.

Text Messaging from FIRST On-The-Go is a free service from First Financial Bank.* To access your account information, you must be enrolled in First Online internet banking.

Follow these simple instructions to use Text Message Banking:

  • If you are not currently enrolled for First Online internet banking, enroll now.
  • Register your device and select a PIN. You will be prompted for your online banking ID and Password.
  • Call 888-782-8981 from your wireless device. You will be prompted for your PIN.
  • Wait for your text message information to arrive.

Be sure to save the phone number in your Contacts list. Each time you wish to check your balance or most recent transactions, simply call this number and enter your PIN when prompted. It’s just that easy!
