Cary W. Sparks
Senior Vice President and Trust Officer
Cary began his career with First Financial Bank in 1972 and is
responsible for the management of Trust Services. He received his
bachelor’s degree in business economics from Purdue University
and is a graduate of the American Bankers Association National
Trust School at Northwestern University, the Cannon Financial
Institute Trust School and the Cannon Advanced Administration of
Estates and Trust School. He holds a basic certificate from the
American Institute of Banking and is a Certified Trust and
Financial Advisor (CTFA). |

Chris E. Fenimore
Vice President and Trust Officer
Chris joined First Financial Bank in 2001 after accumulating 20
years of experience in the trust industry with bank holding
companies in Iowa and Indiana and with the State of Iowa. His
responsibilities include management of the personal trust and
employee benefit areas. He also oversees trust marketing and sales.
Chris received undergraduate degrees in business from the
University of Hawaii-Pacific and graduated from Drake University
Law School.

Dan Callahan
Vice President and Trust Investment Officer
Dan joined First Financial Bank in January, 2007 with over 20 years of investment experience. He is a graduate of Purdue University, an Accredited Asset Management Specialist and a Chartered Wealth Advisor. Dan is responsible for the management of the trust investment process as well as individual client accounts.

Carol D. Myers
Assistant Vice President and Trust Officer
Carol joined Trust Services at First Financial Bank in 1985. She
has a wide range of experience in all facets of trust administration,
is a Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA) and a graduate
of the Cannon Financial Institute Trust School and Graduate Trust
School. She received a bachelor’s degree in business
administration from Indiana State University.

Jennifer L. Hanley
Assistant Vice President and Trust Operations Officer
Since joining First Financial Bank in 1995, Jenny has gained
experience in many areas of trust administration including
corporate trust, employee benefits and, for the past several years,
trust operations. She has a bachelor’s degree from Indiana
Wesleyan University and graduated with honors from the Cannon
Financial Institute Securities Operations School. She is designated
as a Certified Securities Operations professional (CSOP).

Stephen M. Browning
Assistant Vice President and Trust Investment Officer
Stephen came to First Financial Bank in 2002 with 15 years of
experience in accounting and investments. A Certified Public
Account (CPA), he served as a revenue agent with the Internal
Revenue Service and spent several years in both public and not-
for-profit accounting. Stephen holds NASD series 7 and 63
licenses and received the designation of Certified Retirement
Services Professional (CRSP) from the Institute of Certified
Bankers.

Jo Ellen McBeth Trust Investment Officer
Jo Ellen joined First Financial Bank as a trust investment officer in 2009 and has more than 33 years of experience in the investment and financial services industry. Originally from Monticello, Jo Ellen attended Ivy Tech Community College in Indianapolis and holds the Series 65 Registered Investment Advisor license. |

Nancy Hults
Employee Benefits Officer
Nancy joined First Financial Bank in 1997, where she gained experience
in all areas of employee benefits as the company’s Employee Benefits and
Compensation Manager. She was promoted to the Trust Division in 2007
where her current responsibilities as the Employee Benefits Unit Manager
include administering business and personal retirement plans. Nancy is
currently pursuing accreditation as a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist
(CEBS) and a Certified Retirement Services Professional (CRSP). She has
a bachelor’s degree in organization communication and industrial psychology
from Purdue University and a master’s degree in human resource development
from Indiana State University.

Tammy S. Evinger
Corporate Trust Officer
Tammy joined Trust Services at First Financial Bank in 1998 after
spending seven years in automotive accounting. A tax practitioner
since 1995 and an Internal Revenue Service Enrolled Agent, she is
a Certified Corporate Trust Specialist (CCTS) and a graduate of
Cannon Financial Institute. Tammy received her bachelor’s degree
in marketing from Indiana State University.

Trust Tax Officer
Bev came to First Financial Bank in 1993 after 16 years in public
accounting. She is a Certified Public Account (CPA) and holds
memberships in the Indiana CPA Society and the American
Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Bev received her
bachelor’s degree in accounting from Indiana State University.
